Founded by marketing strategist Nthabiseng Tsiu, Futurescale was built to address a gap in the South African B2B market: agencies that understand the unique challenges of operating in volatile economic conditions, relationship-driven business culture, and the need for strategies that work across multiple timelines.

Her career has been one that entails effectively servicing internal and external stakeholders through ethical and inclusive storytelling to influence business growth across board.

She has lead teams that support and own a brand that has successfully managed to win awards as well as managing effective customer engagement through the use of data, technology tools, research and analytics.
